Endangered Species

Also spotted in Broadstairs this morning, a brief glimpse of a rare and endangered species of local politician who arrived just in time for the coffee and sandwiches.
He's seen in this photo receiving an urgent 'flash' request from the Navy, for a new aircraft carrier to pass on to the Ministry of Defense.

Whilst I have never failed to take the opportunity of pointing to the short comings of Ladyman, to be honest you don´t see much of Gale around these parts.

At least Ladyman had a ministry for a while, and I know the Gale is good with local constituants and animals (welfare issues!) but unlike Ladyman he has never appeared to be connect with the great and the good of the tory party which I suppose in the Thatcher years was not a bad place to be.

I think you will find that Mr. Gale spends most of his time in France these days. Winding down to retirement ? I wonder.

Most? He must have a double then, who spends "most" of his time here

I think that you'll find that he spends "some" of his time in France, when he's on holiday but that's not "much" or even most, I suspect!

I understand that he has a tendency to move his lips when he reads. This enabled my friend to lip read, admittedly from a distance, as he read the despatch.

"Be prayer four Tom's selection love go down"
