More Unprovoked Thuggery

In yet another example of how risky it now is to be a foreign student studying in Thanet, A 17-year-old dutch teenager was assaulted in Ramsgate.

The victim was walking with his 13-year-old sister near the Parade when the attack took place.

He was punched in the face by another boy in what police say was an unprovoked attack.

The offender is described as aged between 16 and 18, of slim build, with cropped blonde hair. He was wearing a black jacket, a white sweater with black stripes and black trousers.

Anyone with information about the incident, which took place at around 5pm on Monday, May 7, is asked to contact police on 01843 222060.

The income into the Isle from foreign language students coming here to study, puts a great deal of money into our local economy. Mindless thugs, who probably make no contribution to our society, need to be caught, charged with aggravated assault and sent to prison to send out a clear message to other thugs. Have no doubt about it, these scroats are putting language students off coming here to study.

Not just the foreign students, how many of us think twice when we pass a group of kids these days ?
They do not have the intelligence to understand what they are doing to their own communities, or the economic impact their actions have, I don't know what the answer it but I can see Thanet becoming a no-go area eventually.
