A Time to Fight Back

A good article in The Telegraph on some rights you didn't know you had left. Worth a quick read for amusement if nothing more.

"A motorist has just won a two-year legal campaign after a traffic warden issued him a ticket. Simeon Ademolake won because he had driven off before the warden had written a ticket."

I admit to having an interest in this.

London has its own rules, In the rest of the uk an organisation called NPAS sets the ground rules. Currently no council in the uk, except London, will charge for a 'non issued' ticket.

Its a bit like blaming canterbury for Ken livingstone's congestion charge.
