A Different View of the FA Cup Final

Just back from the FA Cup Final in Cardiff where I had an unusual view of the match from above. Pictures can be found here for anyone who might be interested in a view of footballers’ heads.

From what I could see, buzzing around above the pitch, most of the first half of the game appeared to be played around the Liverpool goal but I’ll try and get a better look in the TV highlights later tonight. Air Traffic Control told me that Liverpool won on penalties.

A six goal cup final was an entertaining affair made all the better by a corresponding amount of ice-cold Fosters. Sorry that you had to wait till highlights tonite!

I was unfortunately at work until 5 so I didnt get to see anything before the penalties. Our resident Liverpool fan made sure that us other residents knew what the penalty score was though!

It really was a classic and even though I'm a West Ham fan I'm not that disappointed as our team played so well and the game was fantastic.

I think you'll find by watching the highlights that you missed (kinda) the best FA Cup Final for many a year.

Next stop Europe!
